ARTEXC guarantees your complete satisfaction. Upon receiving your photo print, if you should find any damaging flaws or you are not satisfied with the quality of your print, return the photo print within thirty days to ARTEXC at: 1457 East 330 North, Provo, UT 84606 (return postage/delivery shall be at the customer's expense). Include a brief letter stating which one of the three 30-DAY RETURN POLICY OPTIONS you choose to exercise:

1. Write us a clear description of any color correction(s) and/or blemish removals you deem necessary, and we will make the adjustments, reprint your image, and return it to you at no extra charge.
2. Tell us you do NOT want a reprint but prefer to be credited the full amount of your purchase toward your next purchase at ARTEXC. We will keep the print and credit your ARTEXC customer account the full amount of your purchase.
3. Tell us you do NOT want a reprint but prefer a full cash refund, and we will credit the full purchase amount to your credit card.

Our 30-day return policy is valid as long as ARTEXC receives your returned print at the above address specified no later than 12:00 midnight the 30th day after the date your order was placed with ARTEXC online, by phone, or in person. Any returns arriving later than 12:01 am of the 31st day after the order date will not be refunded.

ATTENTION

ARTEXC reserves the right to refuse printing services according to ARTEXC's discretion, i.e. pornographic images, copyrighted material, and any other image or material ARTEXC may deem as inappropriate. ARTEXC reserves the right to define what it constitutes as pornographic and inappropriate material.

In the event a customer submits an image ARTEXC defines as pornographic or inappropriate, the customer shall be notified by email and given the opportunity to: a) upload a different image to replace the declined image, or b) receive a full refund charged back onto the credit card account he or she submitted when they placed their order.
